The teachers at Tree of Life schools are wonderful, charismatic, Christian leaders. They teach at TOL schools because they love the Lord and they love the children. Unfortunately, they are not receiving salaries equal to the government schools where the standard of education is often much lower. In order to provide a fair salary for these incredible teachers, we are offering the opportunity to sponsor a teacher.
All money given for teacher sponsorship will be distributed in equal salaries for all of the teachers at the school, but you will be personally connected with one individual teacher to form a relationship with. We encourage you to write to your sponsored teacher and learn more about them. Whether you choose a full or half sponsorship, you will be able to correspond with the teacher you sponsor at any time. All information you will need to contact your teacher will be included in the welcome packet you will receive after submitting a sponsorship form. I took on the teaching professional career for several reasons. I “inherited” it from my father – he was a teacher too and I learned from him an interest in teaching. I used to admire teachers who called themselves Custodians of Knowledge, and I prayed for that. I wanted to become a world’s parent by producing useful elements in the community through my teaching.
